Effective Date: April 8, 2026Kaltryx LLC provides online notary services in accordance with applicable Texas laws governing Remote Online Notarization (RON).Due to the nature of notarial services, fees are generally non-refundable once a notarization session has been completed.If a notarization session cannot be completed due to technical issues, failed identity verification, or other service-related issues, a refund or rescheduling may be offered at the Company’s discretion.Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, a stable internet connection, and complete documentation prior to the session.
